Application for Certification

Application for certification shall be submitted in a form prescribed and available for download to the applicant from the location "Documents". After downloading the form of application, the form is filled out, printed, certified and sent by mail / e-mailed if scanned. The entire communication related to the application for certification is to be conducted through the Certification Body Administrator.

Details of the implementation of the certification process the applicant or the candidate may receive from the Director of the Certification Body.
